Cancellations

Titan Distribution (UK) Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they may send a cancellation request to our customer service team at orders@mudmixer.co.uk or call the phone number listed on our website. Once our team has reviewed the cancellation request during business hours, they will approve or deny the request in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Please Note:

  • Cancellation is never guaranteed after an order has been placed.
  • Once the order has been processed by our warehouse team, it is not eligible for cancellation. 
  • However, the customer may return products within 30 days of delivery (see Return Policy below).
  • If the order is successfully cancelled, we will send a refund automatically.
  • If you are a consumer, this Refund Policy does not affect your legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it by letting us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver your product (the cooling-off period). For further details about your rights during the cooling-off period and how to exercise them, please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Refund Policy

All customers have the right to cancel and request a return of a product  up to 30 days after delivery of the product. (For consumer customers, this additional time (of up to 30 days after delivery) is in addition to their legal rights to cancel within the cooling-off period referred to above. Therefore, this Refund Policy applies to:

  • business customers up to 30 days after the delivery of the product; and
  • consumer customers after the expiry of the 14-day cooling-off period for consumer customers and up to 30 days after delivery of the product (the “Additional Cancellation Period”).

To be eligible for a return under this Refund Policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns. Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable if you cancel under this Refund Policy (for consumers the original shipping cost is non-refundable if you cancel within the Additional Cancellation Period), and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@mudmixer.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping under this Refunds Policy is arranged and paid for by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and issues

The above Refund Policy does not affect your rights if there is something wrong with your product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
